4. Performance and Result Disclaimer
Digital marketing results depend on numerous variables, including industry competition, current website health, user behavior, algorithm changes, and other external factors. While we use best practices and proven methods, we do not guarantee specific results, such as rankings, traffic volume, or revenue growth.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the time invested by our team, we do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated or delivered, even partially. Clients are advised to understand the project scope and commitments before proceeding.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, designs, and creatives developed by Growtomate are the intellectual property of Growtomate unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reuse any proprietary content without permission.
7. Communication and Approvals
Clients must respond to communication, feedback, and approval requests in a timely manner. Delays in client communication may result in a halt of services and will not warrant any refund or compensation.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue or pause any service at any time, especially in cases of non-cooperation, breach of terms, or misuse of deliverables.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
